- Mediations are booked in half day or full day sessions.
- Reserve enough time. People mediating a case involving high risk exposure, multiple parties, coverage issues or other complex features often benefit from having a full day to mediate the case. Having enough time to work through issues and negotiations maximizes settlement opportunity. Contact hhigh@hilaryhighpa.com if you want to discuss whether to reserve a full day for a particular mediation.
- Morning mediations begin at 9 a.m. Afternoon mediations begin at 1:30 p.m. If you require an alternative start time, request it in the Notes section of the Intake Form.
- Full day mediations begin at any time agreed to by the Parties.
- Use the online Availability Calendar to review date availability.
- Identify a date acceptable to all Parties and submit a Date Request through the online Availability Calendar.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an Intake Form via email. Please complete the Intake Form and submit it online as instructed.
